Senior Portraits at Percy Warner Park in Nashville, TN
Maggie had a dreamy senior portrait session at Percy Warner Park in Nashville this October! The weather was amazing and we had the epitome of a perfect fall golden hour.
Maggie models in addition to being a student, so working with her was a dream. Not only is she stunning on the outside, she is also an incredibly kind, genuine, sweet person. This girl has it all and I honestly enjoyed spending the evening with her chatting, chasing the light, and stirring up the gnats (more on that later).
We enjoyed finding the perfect yellow leaves and really embracing the fall vibe in her photos. Colorful fall leaves is definitely a benefit of taking your senior portraits in the fall.
Maggie was about to leave for a trip to LA to look at colleges before her photos and she told me she absolutely fell in love with California and hopes to go to school there next fall to study media and communications. This girl is after my own heart!!
Okay so the funniest part of our session was when we found a spot with AMAZING LIGHT and when I went to take a photo there was this cool glitter like spots behind her that almost looked like snow. They were gnats! We loved the effect so much we tried to stir up as many gnats as possible by running around in the grass and then shooting really quick.
Yes they're bugs, but I don't care because they created cool images like these...
Note to self: Find more gnats on photo shoots!!
This was such a fun senior session and I'm obsessed with Maggie's photos. I'm so excited that she's part of my Senior Squad and can't wait to work with her more throughout the year.
